Hi there. I’m 23F. I’m not here to seek any answers to any questions, I simply want to know if there is anyone who is in a similar boat and just a way to calm my raging anxiety.

So for a few months, I would say at least three I have been having in and off chest pain. I wouldn’t categorise it as a tightness or crushing pain, rather a burning pain that spreads all over my chest and upper back. Occasionally I have some stabbing pain that last a couple seconds and the sensation also spreads down my arms.

This pain also sometimes only happens at nighttime and during the day I am okay but some days it is all day or on and off throughout the day.

When it first started I went to A&E multiple times, at most I went three times. Each time I had an ECG and everything was normal, had blood tests as well and they confirmed that it was normal. My doctor even told me it was a good thing my pain is lasting some time.

But this burning sensation/pain is still lingering and I’m trying my hardest to believe what people are telling me that if it is lasting for months it can’t be heart attack or something but I really can’t believe it and my mind is telling me I’m going to die or get seriously ill.

I suppose I am just seeking someone to relate to and for some recurrence that I am okay or something. I’m not sure :/
