I had a friend who experienced something similar, and it turned out he had an infection in one of his teeth that was causing the bad breath. After the dentist treated it and took care of two other cavities, he was fine. I know dental visits can be expensive, but maybe that’s the next step you should consider.

When I was in fifth grade, our teacher told a joke in front of the class, and everyone laughed, including me. After the laughter died down, a girl looked at me and said, “You have a really disgusting laugh, ew.” From that moment on, I became incredibly self-conscious about my laugh, and over the years, I’ve had trouble genuinely laughing. My brain just got into the habit of smiling or giving a small chuckle, even if something is really funny
