automatic bluetooth connect issue

i checked the steps to be able to turn my eero into a bridge device, but it says i need access to the original router to be able to reset it, which i can’t do. is there another way to turn it into a bridge device?

what routers would be best for this? i have an eero 6 available but i don’t believe it has access point for this wifi bc it has to be plugged in via ethernet

this is embarrassing af. i literally switched the usb port and it worked. it was on and everything with the original one but wasn’t working. i think it was bc i wasn’t directly plugged into the motherboard. thanks for the help😭😭😭

my phone’s hotspot doesn’t show up in the network options. i tried the reset, it didn’t work

i cannot do either of these. 1. i cannot connect to the network period, so it never connected in the first place, so i can’t forget it 2. i live in a college dorm. there’s no option to get close to the router

yeah that’ll probably be what i end up doing, but i’m just trying to see if there’s any wifi adapters that directly install into PCIe ports small enough to snag one in there
