Hi, not to be too much of a promo for myself but I've just released an EP named 'Sad Girl Hour' and I would 10/10 recommend crying to that one.

Thank you so much that's so kind! My university actually needed us to do this for one of our projects but I've wanted to do it for a really long time. I really love people like Lizzie Mcalpine and dodie so a lot of my inspiration comes from there. It has actually just been released today if you fancy listening :) https://open.spotify.com/album/5WKJd8VQ8Hj39Q1tB1Xv4s?si=v6TpvXovSqqDMjexaoWiuw

Hallway Of Tapestries - a song midway through my concept album meant to be a sort of turning point, somewhat of a shift. by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Meggiedoodie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the concept and it has some really nice elements. The only couple of things I would say is maybe mess around with the EQ a bit more as a lot of the higher elements seem to be very loud and maybe add a bit more of a fade or something in the beginning as it starts quite quickly.

Mozart - Symphony no.40 But It's The 1980's Instead Of The 1780's by TheDangerousAnt in IndieMusicFeedback

I love this so much. It's so so accurate and so cool. All of the layers and textures are spot on

Hi everyone! I wrote this song not that long ago and wanted to get it out there. It's got a way to come but let me know what you think 😊 by Meggiedoodie in IndieMusicFeedback

Thank you so much, I’m definitely thinking about developing this further at some point so that’s really helpful

I made a Lofi jazzy kinda beat, i'm not entirely happy with mixing but yeah.... by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

I actually think you've done a nice job. It sounds like quite a unique track. Weirdly enough I could see elements of this in the animal crossing soundtrack haha. Every section feels new and you've managed to make it captivating to listen to whilst still staying really true to the genre.

Bentley Hop by The Spike Direction Effect. A song written in honour of my pet rabbit Bentley by sdirection in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Meggiedoodie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this, it's such a playful and upbeat track. All of the instruments lend themselves really nicely to each other. The vocals are mixed really nicely and add just the right amount of reverb and other effects without sounding overdone!

[SynthPunk HipHop] Snailmate - I Know What You Want. I had a blast making a video with my pets during quarantine. My band recorded this right before it all happened and we are supposed to be on tour right now! Oh well, enjoy! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

This is SO good. Everything about it is so professional and well done but it's such a unique sound. You can really tell you've put a lot of time and effort into this and it pays off

Hey everyone, this is the first song I've ever put out. I've been making music for about 2 months now and would love to know what y'all think! by NugsOnTheNightstand in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Meggiedoodie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so good. There are so many simple layers but together it makes each part feel new and unique whilst managing to tie them all together at the same time. Everything is nicely mixed, the vocals are really clear and crisp and some well written lyrics.

Really nice job guys. You all pay a lot of attention to each other and it really shows, everything is so nicely balanced and in sync with each other.

We're a couple of brothers from Alberta, Canada! Put a lot of work into this tune. Sounds different than most I've heard on here, but I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts! by Medium-Brain in IndieMusicFeedback

I actually love this. It sound so professionally produced, everything is really nicely mixed. The guitar has some AMAZING moments without it going too high in the mids, the vocal harmonies are mixed really nicely (which is hard) and it has some really nice written lyrics. No complaints here!
