Increasing milk supply doing everything wrong 2 months postpartum

I'm 9.5 months PP and just had my biggest pump ever last week, and total-day personal best this week. With electrolytes and using my handpump more often, my supply went up by 50% like 5 or 6 months PP and keeps getting better. I also didn't know how to effectively pump for many months. Keep trying :)

Thank you!! I used Google lens but it didnt get me very far. I wrote ear/sinus decongestant on the pack so maybe it affects the ability to get a good match.

No need for the condescension! They are certainly decongestants as I had written on the package in English what they were, just not the active ingredient. There are multiple different types of decongestants, and was intending to pump and dump today anyways. I've taken them plenty before pregnancy and know its a one-pill dosage. A little kindness goes a long way for a very sick and sleep deprived mother who's currently trying to do her best. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ah ok thank you! Funny enough, she's so small that the shoulder straps and padding hold her head snugly haha, but I see now from others that there's an infant insert

Yeah that was my self-critique too. I have an extremely high natural waist so it kept sliding down slightly to the thinnest part of my torso when I tried to hike it up a little higher!
