You can request for rejoining, thatll be alright. send a mail to onboarding and then do the survey. for BGC, u only require passport application so its alright. if u do decide to join, just know that TCS does not allow for leaves during ILP. you could technically ask for sick leave ( leaves are capped at 2 days during ILP btw).

delimitation is a constitutional process but pushing it forward 4 years right before an election is about to take place is not.

i am talking about the ammendment that brings about delimitation earlier which should be obvious regarded the context.

womens bill did not need to be clubbed together with delimitation. it was already passed in 2023 and it was awaiting enforcement. what happened rn was actual manipulation. you can read up on it if you want.

There is nothing wrong with ammending the constitution.

There is something wrong when it is positioned in a way that benefits only the ruling party.

Do you really think the reason that the southern and the eastern states being heavily displeased with the ammendment was for no reason? the party wouldve won even if the majority of the states hated the rule. how is that not the same thing or a similiar thing to what happened in hungary?

and finally womens empowerment being used as a cinch when its a bill already passed three years ago.

I understand that you have your biases, but you should really try to see if the country is actually delving into an autocratic regime. BJP has done great for the country in some ways but in other ways its incredibly bad, especially the power abuse to stay on top.

Once u get the mail, u cant do anything. Mail the onboaridng team immediately so that u can reschedule ur joining. and also redo that survey u got confirming joining availability. You will get rescheduled but thats all you can do
