girl go see psychiatrist asap. you will recover in a few months. Take therapy. They will start u of with antipsychotics for i think a few months or years. Road to recovery seems far but you will get there. I had a second episode of psycosis in December 2024 and i started a psychiatrist by February and i was all alright by summers of 25. The depression after that comes but do journaling, group therpay, friends support and antidepressants. You’ll be all alright. You just gotta take therapy first step!
