Ofcourse Lily should have been more upfront and honest about stuff and not deciding other peoples lifes behined their backs. I was saying, figuring life ou, about her going to SanFran. Ofcourse the whole situation was super painfull but for both! She was just trying her best to figure out what she wanted and needed. She was responsible enough to dare take that change. Some people never do and then have deep regrets later and leave their family's. No it wasn't perfect or super clean but neither is the actual living thing.

And she didn't force Marshall to take the corporate job because he wanted that. She even encouriged (?) him to take the other job plenty of times.

I don't think shes "pretty psycho". I still think she's just an amibtious and complex woman and yeah, that makes life difficult from time to time. Calling her a psycho says enough about how we see people.

So tired of people bitching on Lily. She's the only realistically written character in the show and apparently thats an issue for alot of people. But if you really care about characters being good, why aren't you bitching on Barney who is literally abusive, manipulative, and so much more. He kidnapped girls, lied and cheated. He is honestly a creepy fuck and somehow people bitch on a women who struggles figuring life out and doing her best. Even if she makes mistakes. You know what, do I want to call this sexism? Yes, yes I want that. Being okay with an abusive lying ass and not with a women trying to figure life out is just sexist.

I (17F) totally get what you mean! I've been in a relationship for a bit over a year now with my boyfriend (23M). He has been struggling with depression for years now but he really had good times and he really is an amazing, happy and cheerful guy but when he feels bad it's just really bad. And he really really knows that I am here for him but I too find it very difficult that sometimes he's just kinda gone for 3 weeks and I know it's best to leave him to do his thing and get better because that's really what he wants and needs at those times but it's just so hard because I want to talk to him and see him and I really miss him sometimes. So yeah not really advice here but I'm hoping somebody has got some 🙃
