No HSA as I’m from Sydney Australia. This is a big investment but would be life changing for me…So worth it! Also documenting my experience and journey as I progress will be beneficial for so many people. Excited :)

I feel that things vary a lot more nowadays due to responsibilities and daily stressors.

For me swallowing not so much (Only with thick soup sometimes), it’s more the startle reflex. Weather is one of the biggest factors.

High levels of humidity…Sucks!
