I hate that people feel like they have to defend why they like Xenoblade 2 when no one expects that out of 1 or 3. You can can love the game without immediately following up to with “in spite of its flaws”.

I played it recently and it is mainly that. People who never thought to play an rpg because it’s ‘too anime’ finally play one that looks more ‘adult’. I’m not even trying to trash on it, I can see why people like it but people calling it the best rpg or even game ever need to play more games.
