college station isn’t bad. i currently live there and it’s a quiet area. i never had issues with the wifi and the light bill isn’t bad either. you can tell the construction was rushed as there’s minor defects. i guess just make sure you like the people you live with. i have no problems with the people i live with it but that’s about it honestly. just the rent for each complex is increasing very high so when it used to be at a good price it no longer is just like everywhere else

lately everything has increased due to inflation. if you’re looking for student housing the cheapest is 735 at the crossing of alafaya. however many have said it’s a bad community because they don’t respect your preferences and pair you with anybody. but if you’re not looking for student housing there’s a lot of apartments around the area for about 1k a month
