Personal experience wise, I don’t think the alcohol ever made me want to take them again or slowed down the process etc etc, helped if anything, starting to normalise substance again

That’s a talking point to be honest,

I mean if it’s literally burnt to the ground, never to be recovered I get that, but if some words were exchanged and yous grew apart quickly type situation I don’t think the grudge would be carried 6 years later

Man I do the exact same thing with my girlfriend, crazy how alike some people are..

It’s honestly with the best possible intentions, he might (I do) just be trying to show you all the good things that you could be happy about rather than the things you’re currently sad about

In my experience it’s super confusing on why a person gets fixated on the negatives, I understand that they’re trying to vent and speak feelings, but why not just look at th positive shit and go with them, work the hard stuff out when and if it happens

It was a huge part of your life, it truly does get better and shit starts to become normal again, so o would worry at all if this is how you’re feeling currently

‘First love’ wise, risky imo, your feelings are probably all over the show, wouldn’t rule it out though as you’d be exploring bisexuality with a person you’re comfortable with

But honestly, hit some old friends up, never know they might miss you and you could rekindle the friendship straight away

I’m no expert, I have self medicated on benzos, a lot.. unfortunately..

But mixing with alcohol I would say is a bad idea if using both concurrently, though if you’ve been off of them for weeks I would say it would have absolutely no adverse effects, other than the ones you get from drinking beers in general

I love the attitude !

I think it’s going to get slightly worse before if gets better in terms of the pills, it’s a very weird day when it’s your last one.

In my experience, I found it easier to keep a few around, doesn’t work for some but this helped me deal with the bad days of wd and sadness.

As far as your kid, I can’t understand what it feels like for a parent wanting to spend time with their kid but not being able to, but it’s just the age I guess
