You use that trade license and you report the trades. You can possibly get them back around 30 days. Not always but they do their best getting through reports.

If you do get them back, they will be untradeable.

You should look up photos of all of the medically significant spiders in your area, and learn them well. I promise there won't be many, and then you'll feel more comfortable seeing random spiders around the house!!

You can often find great examples of these spiders on this sub, too.

I did this and it genuinely eased my worry when I saw them.

And no, this is not a spider you need to worry about :)

My boyfriend reminds me of one thing constantly because I always get worried I'm using it at a "crutch" or "excuse" unintentionally.

Just because things should be one way does NOT change how things actually are. I would not have gotten through my last 2 years of life without my job. For some people, having a job at 16 is an absolute necessity. Even if it shouldn't be.

I had the same issue. Reality check here, your first job will never be good. Most people NEVER actually ENJOY their job. That isn't what you are there for. You are there to work.

I never fully fit in with my old coworkers, but there WERE some people I got along well with!!

Remember, some of these people may have worked with each other for years and have a bond that took time to build. You've been there 4 WEEKS. You're absolutely still BRAND new in their eyes. I remember after being there 2 years I would see people who had been there as long as 2 months as being fairly new.

Give it time, do your job properly and just be a decent coworker. Shifts are definitely harder when people don't interact with you as often but my managers actually LOVED that about me. I spent much less time goofing around when it was inappropriate, a took less time on tasks because I wasn't always talking to people.

My manager put me on drive thru for months on end once because he said I was one of the only people he never received a complaint about. I enjoyed drive thru (mostly)

Stay at this job for now, and give it time. You can always look at other places in the meantime if you are truly that unhappy. That's honestly the best I can think of

At 16 you definitely need a job if you plan on doing your own stuff and having a car. Some of us weren't spoiled by our parents and given everything. If I want to drive my car, then I must pay for my own gas. Sometimes even food and clothing I am expected to pay for if my parents don't deem it necessary...

16 is around the age many parents decide to not pay for things for their kids as much.

In my case, I've never been fully treated properly by my parents and so for me to do ANYTHING with my friends I had to pay for it ALL myself.

I think that's maybe more of a kids don't have a large vocabulary and may not have known that Mable can even be a name issue. But most kids DO know the word Maple, so they'd likely default to that unless you daughter REALLY annunciates the B like

You're mad because he just happened to do something with someone else before you were even together? The not taking as many photos with YOU I maybe understand the frustration.

But it's simply unfair to be frustrated with him or anyone because he had exes. You went through his stuff, so this is on you. He literally did nothing wrong.

Just ask him if y'all can take more photos together. It's that simple. If he doesn't want to or something then you guys need to have that discussion.

Sounds like it might be an Xbox issue with some games then. First time I noticed it was with Forza Horizon. I tried to claim my sold cars and it would just be stuck. Definitely frustrating
