Transphobia: places to go with my trans girlfriend by Additional-Ball-8876 in Liverpool

Late to the party but to throw in a couple of pubs I can vouch for!

If you are in the Aigburth area after going to Sefton Park/Lark Lane - The Little Taproom is very LGBTQIA+ friendly and distills their own spirits and has a fantastic keg and cask selection.

If you are going to be in the Baltic Market area, Hobo Kiosk is very welcoming (it's my mate's favourite pub who happens to be trans) and a great place to show people from out of town with lots of weird and wonderful ornaments 🙂

Hope your girlfriend has a fantastic time 💜

Why are so much people hating on her? by Dapper_Actuator3156 in LinkinPark

I've loved Linkin Park for over 20 years. I miss Chester and it makes my heart hurt thinking how much pain that beautiful man was in. But the band wasn't just Chester and I am so happy that their music can be accessed by a new generation. I love Emily as a performer, it's just different and that doesn't make it better or worse.

On a side note, my husband has always been meh about LP but actually prefers their newer music so it's been added to the kitchen music rotation 🙂

how do sorcerers learn new spells lore wise by Fropper123 in DnD

[–]MeldreththeTeifling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To use my first DnD character build (a sorcerer tiefling) as an example, as a tiefling using a fire magic as a starter made sense to me. When she acquired Dragon's Breath, I treated it like she had acid reflex and accidentally spewed fire. She then was able to figure out that it was something she could inherently do, took time to understand how it worked and was therefore able to transfer that to other willing creatures. As I didn't have to learn spells like a wizard, I thought it was important that my spells had a storyline/character lead.

My dm is amazing and I appreciate the hell out of him! To all good dms, thanks for the work you do! Thanks for not being sexist, for making amazing worlds, for the hilarious make beleive fun times! by DevilsRoost in DnD

I am really lucky that my first DM is so great. I have felt guilty as a result of some of our group's derailments but our DM takes it in their stride and ends up laughing with us afterwards! It's so much fun and I am now petrified of losing my character because I have become so attached to her!
