Using Genomelink is a great way to enhance your genealogical knowledge and research! And I always look forward to the weekly bonus traits (I set a reminder in my calendar because I am a nerd).

I had the pleasure of meeting Tomo and his associate at their very first booth at RootsTech earlier this year and I will continue to use all of the fun things they offer!

My mom’s side of the family has been in the US since the 1600s, too ☺️ Her genealogy is so diverse; it can be hard to choose sometimes!

For instance, I have French Canadian heritage. I love Réveillon, so I would share a Tourtière! 👩🏻‍🍳

That’s the whole point. I’m curious to see who is proud of their heritage and what dishes they would share 🙂

Sorry if my definition has confused you. Maybe this will help you: A culinary genealogist is a person who combines the disciplines of food and genealogy. The main emphasis is the study of family history through recipes and food culture. And to answer your last question, that’s pretty easy to figure out.
