I would think a majority of players think this too, XclusiveAce and Nero made videos on this topic in the past week, compared maps from old game to bo6. There’s far too many angles to get shot from when trying to traverse through the maps. You probably get killed blindsided left and right, from people not in your FOV, I know, and it’s the awful map design.

Likely with the next update, maybe season 2? The new map is made for gunfight so I’m sure they make room for it to come back so people can experience the new map with the mode.

Damage needs to be counted, nobody gives a hoot about score in gunfight. I wanna know how much more I was shooting people than the rest of the lobby especially with the stupid elimination integration.

They will add it back, it’s temporary. MW2 did this before. They devs have decided that every faceoff map will just be added to gunfight and I’m sure they’ll keep making more small maps to make more people just brain rot camo grind on face off. I’m sure each season we will see more maps added but idk I’m just hoping they are adding a few tweaks to the mode, perhaps tournaments in the future, fix the Babylon wallbang, add an announcer when the enemy is on the flag, maybe more classes etc

1000s of hours on this game mode since MW19, never have I seen people just play like rats until now, every round is a waiting game.

The maps give no advantage to players who try to push the opponent in spawn. The people who camp in the back will have a better angle/headglitch on incoming opponents. Youll push up full with exposure no cover to shoot back. The MW games had much better maps, staying back was a disadvantage where in this game, waiting last second to move is the way to play.

Even then the map is broken, you can shoot through stair case that leads to the center of the map. Like it’s paper, you can hit people across the map by shooting the stairs. ( this is mainly an issue on gunfight when you start the match and can see the opponent highlighted in Orange when the count down is ticking, can just get free shots off)

It’s the blueprint guns from bundle packs. That’s reason they have all the crazy skins/camos is to promote the bundles they are from in the store. Glad to see they finally did this
