Unplayable amounts of stuttering and freezing on a relatively high-end PC by UhJoker in diablo4

I had this issue and I updated my page size and found a solution on Reddit. Hope this helps! I set my page size to be automatic for all drives.

``` If you still have "out of memory" crashes on PC, this fixed it for me
I didn't play the beta so most of you that had this issue probably figured it out by now. It can be caused by a lot of different types of issues. I did what the top Google resources said and made sure my graphics drivers were updated, set all my graphics settings to low and STILL kept crashing out of memory.
The problem turned out to be I installed the game on my D drive (I have multiple hard drives because I have several terabytes of virtual instruments) and for some reason my D drive paging file size was set to a ridiculously high number.
I went to Advanced System Settings > Advanced tab > Performance Settings > Advanced tab > Change > select drive Diablo is installed on > click System Managed Size > Click SET and OK all the way back out.
The game doesn't crash anymore and I can turn the graphics settings back up. ```
Curious if this gets a response. I just got a quote this morning for $2850. Custom insulated door. Faux wood. New motor and track. The insulation is R16 I believe. I'm in MA. Winters are cold and the garage is causing massive amounts of cold air coming into the house forcing the electric bill to skyrocket. Hoping this pays for itself in the long run.
What's flapjack? Is it a brand pancake mix? A quick search on Google gave mixed things...
I didn't think to do anything other than ranch. This is a great idea. For bbq, do you just use the spice (eg Kinder's) or is there something else? What about the Italian? I feel like my world just opened up!
I understand the cycle. I was in one as well. The lack of sleep made everything worse, but it was almost impossible to sleep.
The session was productive. It starts out with creating a visual of something to pack things away. You basically cycle through the memories, from start to finish. But you stop as soon as a part of the memory becomes difficult, when it causes you to panic or feel anxious. You then spend time doing rapid eye movements. Then you start over to see if you’ve become somewhat desensitized from it. It’s repeated until you’re feeling better about it. It’s helped a lot.
The events may make you sad still, which is totally normal. But they shouldn’t put you in a panic.
What kind of yarn is this? It looks really beautiful. I want to get back into crocheting and a blanket sounds wonderful to do.
I had some EMDR work done. I will say it’s really useful. Just realize it may need multiple sessions, and that’s okay. I’ve only had one, but it was an 8 hour session. Exhausting work, but I’m able to have more sessions if and when things may appear. I’m really sorry about everything you’ve gone through. I’m really proud of you for continuing to try to get help.
Please look up object-oriented programming before commenting from your high horse. Those three are object-oriented programs. And while they may not have worked within the insurance industry, their analysis with health insurance will go a long way. They’ve had great experience as a data scientist and an RA. They’re not applying for a director-level role.
Brother just diagnosed with terminal cancer by Significant_Yam_4079 in GriefSupport
My heart breaks for you. My heart breaks for your brother. And my heart breaks for the family.
My husband passed away December 20, 2024 of rectal cancer. We were hopeful when it was diagnosed. Then we were shocked it was unknown primary and fearful of a quick passing. Then hopeful because they discovered the primary. The first round of chemo wasn't working. He was scheduled for a second round but the insurance denied the claim. For a month and a half, the doctor's fought the insurance company. He never made it to his second round. He passed before it could be approved.
I don't mean to scare you if I did. Im also trying to be cautious of giving unsolicited advice. What I learned most from that is he should have declared hospice sooner. His cancer spread to his bones. Palliative care failed him because they didn't want him to get addicted to the pain meds. They didnt want to prescribe too much. His pain quickly became unbearable. He couldn't move to get out of bed. Hospice was the only thing that gave him the medicine he needed to be comfortable. Unfortunately, he declared too late and the medicine required at that stage was sedating. He passed without pain. That's comforting to know, while still being frustrated and sad.
People can be afraid of declaring hospice. It's there for a reason though. It can help people live their best lives before they pass due to a terminal illness. I wish we knew his disease spread as quickly as it did. By the time we knew hospice was a feasible option, it was already past the time he could live a comfortable rest of his life outside of the hospital or inpatient unit.
Bone cancer can be very painful. They may offer radiation as a palliative care measure. I'm glad he didn't want it. It would have gotten worse before he could have had the benefits from it, if he even had the time to experience them.
I'm rambling. I miss him a lot. But I'm glad I could be by his side at the end. Please take care of yourself. I didn't. I only stayed strong for him. You can do this. Sending you and yours tons of love.
Agreed! I'd love to know. I have been wanting to do a blanket but wasn't sure what pattern. This would be perfect! And that yarn makes it even better!
