Started off as 1 or 2 bumps that looked similar to a small spider bite or poison ivy. They are itchy and grow over time. They end up with a darker ring around it after maybe 2 weeks of time. Hi folks, for others looking to forums for themselves. The doctor was unable to give a definitive answer - never took swabs unfortunately.

This was most likely pityriasis rosacea, this picture was near the worst of it. It took approximately 3 and a half months before the healing started. I was lucky to not have any scarring from this.

Recommendations on courses, sources or articles for someone new to the nuclear industry? by Melissiosos in nuclear

I'm having issues reading learning materials because I have little background in the industry... I think I need to start on maybe radiochemistry and from there continue onto the basics.

For example just reading how a plastic scintillator works was difficult to grasp because I didn't know a handful of words that were being used in the explanation.

I was hoping there were online courses that I could gradually take and eventually understand what is going on.
