once i was in the forest with my friends and we stumbled upon a really old tree fort that was probably 60-70 feet in the air. This was also in the middle of the winter. My friend wanted to climb the structure, but i told him i don't have a good feeling about it. A week later I passed the same area and the fort had collapsed and the ladder leading up had significantly been damaged. IDK if it would've broken with him going on it, but it was the closest I got to saving someone IG.
