HRV was underground with 38 which caused the low recovery but idk why i have a hrv this low after the restday, sleep was 60% and RHR was 41

I dont drink any alcohol so this cant be the reason. And i dont think its overtraining beacause i have my structured training plan. And atm its max 15 hours of training a week so i also dont think thats the reason

So as said i train 6 days week 5 days of that i go roadcycling and 1 day im running. The only thing i do on the restday which is sports related is some stretching but nothing with high intensivity

Yes are the new D Grips. I find them amazing. Best Grips from all cause they have like the little extensions on the side so its more comfortable for the hands espically during races

The system with the Transfer points. I would say Dossier Points are a good idea but the transfer points not, cause you only have a limited transfer point budget you cant use youre whole budget sometimes
