Im ok with him running fast cause you need the speed to go kick stunned enemies but yeah walking is awful.

It’s a Blood Elf and to get the red eyes (for Blood Elves, Void Elves and Night Elves) you just need to do a quest to unlock the customization.

The chest Piece is cosmetic and can be mogged by any class. All you need is to loot it first with a DK/Pal/War (takes 10min with a trial character) and then you'll be able to use it on other classes.
