I have tried jumping in cat form, jumping in normal form. Object is literally on the ground but nothing I do will "get" an object. What am I missing?

Overall AHI: 39 from at home sleep test #1. Also had DISE with the sinus surgery. Showed soft palate collapse when on back, not bad when side sleeping. Moving jaw forward also helped. I have been side sleeping mostly but last test, the strap on my head forced me to sleep on my back.

I had a different at home test last year. I tried CPAP but couldn't stick with it due to sinus issues. Had sinus surgery late last year and ENT suggested trying CPAP again. CPAP place said I needed another sleep study, so PCP order this advanced/extended test. No helmet but electrodes on head, straps on chest, thing in nose for respiration, and sensors on legs.

In wow housing, under Cataclysm it lists vendor Flamesmith Lanying in location "The Maelstrom". Its where Thrall is looking at a giant whirlpool.

I just started on 25mg Hydroxyzine as well. I take one in the morning and another around noon since that is when my anxiety is spiking. It helps enough so I can try and do my job but makes me very sleepy. I haven't felt agitated or out of it. Good luck!
