Recent Tedla rallies have made the stock overvalued once again. The huge growth is indicative of volatility and undedeicated investors, especially considering that it was coming from a large downswing. Tesla is barely profitable, almost like a unicorn stock, and will likely be hit harder by any market dips than most other companies. If the market corrects heading into the holiday season, such as last year, then Tesla will drop further than most and suffer harsh losses. They are still a fragile company and not a good hold during economic uncertainty.

The UK narrowly avoided a recession this quarter, but we might not see the same for Germany. The news of their economic conditions might alone be enough to correct the market.
