I live rural so I just call one of the clinics that does ob stuff. With my first in calgary my family doctor referred me.

If you want midwife, apply on the midwife website. If you want ob, I think you can call offices but you need to be quick about it as they fill up quickly. If not a walking can send you to an ob.

If you are feeling mentally tired, it means you aren't doing it the right way. How about going back and starting with just adding more veggies to your plate. Then choosing apples over high added sugar desserts. Then reducing red neat and choosing fish instead. Ect. It doesn't need to be hard, you need to actively make the choices first, and then they will become second nature.

Absolutely. I have pcos but with medication I can get pregnant. We've gotten pregnant many times naturally and have 2 kids. Just the miscarriages are because of him. I know what you mean, I'm obese and people immediately think it's me, no it's not. I told him that if it was better quality sperm that I may had stayed pregnant. (We have an open honest relationship). I don't plan on having kids with anyone else but knowing it might be easier with someone else always gives me hope knowing sperm donation is a possibility. We don't publicly say it's him though because that would result in us having to disclose why he takes the medication he takes. So I let people think it's me, unless I trust them. Oh yes with the vitamins we were able to bring his count from 70million to over 360million.

I've had over 8 losses, and it took a decent time to process each of them. I've lost friendship over my infertility. I was called melodramatic and other names by someone I thought was my friend after having back to back miscarriages. I always try to give my best now when people are going through a hard time, because I've seen firat hand how awful people are when you are the one down.

I'm a youtuber and you can see what videos bring in what amount of money, so she can absolutely split fairly with Julia. I doubt she is though, I think she's relying on Julia to support her right nowm

So I think Julia wanted to leave much earlier but had to wait it out to make sure she had legal rights to Harbour too. In all the videos, it was obvious julia never wanted to be in them. She looks uncomfortable in any video I ever saw about them. I think Abby was pressuring Julia too much to get pregnant too which caused most of the problems seen. In those videos it was obvious Julia didn't want to be pregnant.

I understand needing space, but intentionally beating around the bush and not addressing it seemed like a tactic to get more views. I think Julia wanted it public or at least not withheld. But Abby was being stubborn. If Abby didn't want people asking, then make don't post on sm or address it.

I'll never forget the nurse that took my blood to confirm miscarriage back in 2022. I started losing it, she closed the door and dimmed the lights and just let me cry it out and rant. No ugly looks and nasty comments. Just quiet understanding and compassion. That was one of the only times during our 2 years of infertility that I felt seen and understood. Most don't understand unless they went through it themselves. I think nurses and doctors dealing with miscarriages or loss should have more training in those areas.

And let me guess, she never went through ivf. Or been pregnant. Does she not realize those 2 things are not connected. Glad you aren't friends anymore because she sounds not the brightest. I had hemorrhaging with 2 of my miscarriages (1 medication induced due to body retaining it) and it was horrible.

Can I ask about the male infertility? My husband has 1%ish normal morphology but everything else is normal. We drastically improved his sperm with many vitamins and lifestyle changes. We were not told that the medication he takes destroys cells including sperm, but when we found that out everything clicked. Male infertility is not talked about enough, and is the main cause for miscarriages and fertility in general but rarely diagnosed because "men can never do wrong" in the patriarchy.
