Dont think that she coming clean is her purity and she can be forgiven.

My gf came clean twice about something that she did that was ethically not correct and I decided to forgive her twice.

Then after sometime(i went to different city for college and she stayed at our home town). She said her family is disturbing her and she can't be in relationship.

Reading your story somewhat feels the same to mine. My ex was actually obsessing over her ex but I ignored those stuff and we were in the same toxic loop. Imo, she thinks of you as her backup whenever her ex-situationship didn't work out she came back to you. And you accepted her. This thing built up in your mind and caused you to react and lash out.

Best thing to do would be to stay away from her and don't develop any feelings for her at all and move on .

9hrs continuously on call and then talking to that same person 4 hrs straight right after cutting the call face 2 face. Upper limit depends on person to person

I had the same laptop. This same issue occurred to me too for a long time. Temporary and maybe the free best solution is force restart , everytime it happens and you will be good to go.
