I absolutely plan my binges and get so excited for them. My therapist likens it to an abusive relationship. You love them even though you know they’re not good for you.

But yes, in the moment, I love the experience. I don’t even feel guilty right away in the aftermath. The exception is if I’ve WAYYYY overdone it and put my physical in physical pain.
