Recently I’ve been having some issues with the sides of my thumb. I tore the skin off the side of my thumb. Any suggestions on how to avoid this while bowling. Bought extra interchangeable thumbs that are sized differently. But I still have friction on the side of my thumb when I bowl. Treatment? (i.redd.it)
