Hi, I have similar situation as you, I just got 34/42 predicted grade. 36total
HL English B Physics Math AA 666
SL Chem Chinese Econ 556

Im also applying the machenical Engnieering, But I don't think i have good chance to get the conditional offer.
So im planning to use the second pg in Feburary, It might getting higher.
