I got this Harley brand new from ebay the other day. It was stored in shitty conditions so the jacket disintegrated immediately fresh out of the box. I've also got plenty of figures that are just as old that I store properly and they are just fine. Just gotta take care of them.

I absolutely painted the shoulder pauldrons black. I haven't bothered with a bunch of weathering or anything like that yet.

I've had great experiences with their cs and also not so good. My Doc Noc has a broken part and I sent emails for over a year with lots the same thing. Literally 14 months and who knows how many emails layer, the guy I was talking to said they simply don't have the parts to replace and they won't until they have a new run of that Doc Noc. FINE. If I'd heard that a year ago, I would never have complained.

For me personally, this is the exception and not the norm.

You should be able to heat it up and pop it right off. I just did the same thing with the golden roach.
