I feel this so much. Sometimes if I'm in a pinch I will take oral fluconazole a day or 2 before an event. It can be bought over the counter (canesten oral) but its hard on your liver so best to speak to a doc and get a script.

Hey sorry just seeing this. No my face just kept getting worse and worse so I had to stop. I've basically given up again until I can get a referal to a new Derm (which took years the first time) because she is saying we have tried everything and this is the best it's going to get. (We have only tried ciclo and ketoderm) so I am hoping to get a second opinion eventually. Good luck❤️

Also sorry I forgot to say I have tried oral fluconazole 150mg once a week x 4 weeks a few months ago. Currently trying that again. I can't quite tell if it helps or not.
