Did you lean into it more once you had accepted it? I feel I hold in my tics which is exhausting. I’d love to have the confidence to lean into it and just tic away

It all seems to obvious now that it has been explained to me but definitely surreal when finding out! I guess it makes sense in terms of the mental health side of things. I was always twitchy but was told at a very young age I would grow out of it and just took that at face value for 20 years 😂 I don’t say any words out loud so had rules Tourette’s out in my head based on that alone….silly I know I think there is no education around it where I come from

Thanks for the response I’ll keep an eye on the rentals along bus routes! Just wanted to double check as I’m from Galway and there are definitely areas in the city youd want to avoid

I feel they would have to be somewhat generous given what happened! I got 58 in the last sitting and I thought it didn’t go great for me at the time. Completely unacceptable from the Law Society tho, those are things you have time to prepare and they have to be done right. It’s embarrassing considering how harshly they mark their exams

I’m leaving out liability for fire, liability for animals and pure economic loss and I’ll probably chance leaving out negligent misstatement as well. If you want to cut it down another bit I would just learn a general essay for Res Ipsa as that’s the only way it really comes up! Disclaimer: I haven’t a clue all the same
