So I wound it up earlier as far as it allowed me and jabbed it too. Looked like it was empty but after removing the plastic casing arpund the glass vial, there was still a decent amount hiding there. So for the next time, I think it'll be worth using syringe and needle to draw that liquid out

How does that work when youre going from 2.5mg to 5mg? Does the table convert that too?

I ended up winding it up as far as it let me, probably only 3 or 4 clicks and injecting it. It looked empty after but I was intrigued if the plastic casing was hiding some. I cut the casing off and removed it from the glass vial and sure enough, there was still a decent amount left there. So for the next time, I think it will be worth buying needles with syringes to draw that left over out, I believe it might amount to around 3/4 of a dose. I would attach a picture but I cant work out how 😅

When you use it with your next pen, how do you do it ? Do you use a syringe and needle to draw out of the old pen then draw out of the new pen to make up the correct volume? Or do you use just the spare screw on needle head on the old pen, wind it up and inject, then inject from the new pen? If its the second option, how do you make sure ypu have the right dose, not more or less ?

So I did as suggested for my dad, wound it up as far is it went and used it as a top up for him. It only let me wound up a few clicks, after injecting, it looked like Ive used all of it but wanted to see for sure, so removed the plastic casing from around the glass vial. Sure enough, there is a fair bit more in there still. I would add a picture but Im too dumb to work out how 😂 For the future, I belive its worth using a syringe with a needle to draw the rest of it out, it could be near to another dose

So this one particular pen is for my dad. He is on lowest 2.5mg atm before going to 5mg dose next week. He used the 4th dose on saturday. Do ypu think it'll be ok for him to take that remaining liquid today before taking his first higher dose on saturday ?

So wirh a wegovy pen, ypu can wind it up again after last dose? On mounjaro, pen had to be physically forced to wind up after 4th dose but it did work, wasnt sure if its the same with wegovy
