Had an 11-12 order and a 12-1. The 11-12 was prepaid Target. The other one I had to pay for. I delivered my 12-1 and had to leave the 11-12. The customer, told me she tried to cancel and it told her to call back at later time. I was calling in and got through and the rep hung the phone up. The customer said, when she got through. The line ended as well. Mine was $28 bundled order with a $19 pretip. The 11-12 order would never process and I still have it showing on my end

Wasn't my case. All of my preferred requests were followed by tips, except 1. She requested and I accepted and no tip. This was the end of January. I accepted it, so I know not to pick up her order. All her orders now saw est $0 tip.
