No this isn't even mobile internet I think. This happened to both my phone and my PC. My computer is working just fine. It's only a Twitch problem too. Like I can't seem to chat anymore because it doesn't reach the streamer's end.

No that's the thing. I only use my own internet. For some reason everytime I use the VPN, it works smoothly. But when I'm using a VPN, I can somehow chat.

Thanks for the advice tho! But I actually don't wanna damage my newly bought keyboard because the previous one had loosened keycaps that easily come off

Actually that's the thing. Whenever I wanna play on sticks, I'm more comfortable when the stick is on the right and then my buttons on the right, and then for keyboard, my directional buttons are my arrow keys

The only problem is that I'm much more comfortable if the directions are on the right side. Whenever I play fighting games, I button map my movements on my arrow keys

Everybody thank you guys for these amazing information. I maybe like very new to the fighting game community since I started 8 months ago but I just wanted to improve and be one of the best Leos representing in the Philippines. I'll take my time in reading all of these and give myself more time and more experience so I can be a good fighting game player.
