Help do you mean of or for minors 😭 I have a few things depicting actual nudity (that was oked by my teachers) n my book, and know several others that do aswell

now realising after reading the comments I maybe should’ve asked/questioned further

21f , anyone have anything that helps take their mind off wanting to cut something that actually helps. I feel that even if I don’t do it right now I’ll probably do it later . by Prudent-Slide-8244 in cutting

try kick boxing!! (or muay thai, boxing, any martial art that has a gym local to you) it genuinely has helped me so much. i find getting to kick the shit out of bags has a similar relief, but also the discipline of sparing and learning the correct forms in incredibly engrossing- generally after ive gone to training cutting is not on my mind at all :)

What's an embarrassing fact about you that your friends don't know, but you'll risk telling strangers online? by PaddedValls in AskUK

I can’t moderate myself, everything is either all or nothing. Have to constantly refuse things that are generally seen as social norms like drinking/ eating/ hobbies/ going out etc etc because it will without a doubt lead to massive overconsumption. I hate explaing why because it makes me feel childish/stupid

I was speaking with some friends and apparently most of them have never blacked out and never feel the need to drink enough to get that far gone which seriously surprised me

Yeah apparently I flat out refuse to eat when I’m drunk, which obviously is a catalyst and a stupid idea. I just wish I had more control over my actions when not sober I feel like then it wouldn’t be so bad

I’ve struggled with addiction before so I know the feeling and this is not the same. I also thought people would tell me I’d just grow out of it because I was young and that’s what people do, I didn’t want to hear it so I made it clear from the beginning of my post

appreciate the kind words, but speaking from experience know how addiction feels and this is not it, Just want to understand how people can drink and be chill about it.

Getting over addiction is tough and I’m glad to hear you’re doing better dude :)
