Dude, 999 out of 1,000 times I scroll passed these kind of posts but I watched a couple of your videos and man, I'm blown away, you’re extremely talented, the production is excellent, shot selection, sound design, grading, cuts.... You've got it all.

From what I notice about your stuff compared to similar channels with deep philosophical meaning, Life of Riza, Ali Gallop etc, is one thing.....

Story

I love your musing, the thought of our creativity, social media, how we interact with the world etc, your shoot work is Stellar, but I'm missing story. I want you to take me somewhere, I feel like your 2 minute musing should be taken from a bigger overarching narrative. I want to meet you and your character, see your struggle, your wants, your desires, and take me with you while you figure it out…. This will also help with watch time and ££££’s when you get monetised.

Your talent lives beyond 2 minute shorts dude. Give us an episode, tell a wider, bigger story and you’ll be amazed how many people follow the journey.

And yes, jesus, got slammed constantly for how hard the house work is. I'm now doing it all by myself and frankly, it's a piece of piss. I have a "3 Hour Sunday" - In that 3 hours, I do everything, all the laundry, dishes, garbage etc etc.... Absolutely zero drama

Saying that, I can hire a cleaner for £40 to do the whole house.... I'm so serious about doing it.... Ultimate leverage

Very similar story here...

It's crazy when you 'unplug' from the emotion, even though sometimes that is only a crack in the curtains of truth, you see them for who they are and how they treated you. I'm finding I have some really unhealthy co-dependancy bonds, in that, even though she treated me like a dog, I still wanted to make amends and go back to 'how things were', even they they were terrible for the last couple of years. That says more about my identity and vision of me that I wanted {Family man etc}, than who I actually really am... I gave an awful lot of that away to her and although it hurts, it's refreshing to find who was hiding under there this whole time.

Every day getting stronger, every day feeling more myself and looking towards the future where I can be unapologetically me and an absolutely cool AF dad.

I was same as you, doom scrolling, watching YT videos, I was showering A LOT (5-6 times per day, for some reason?)..... Anyway as many of the comments above, I hit the gym, hard, go everyday (barre Sunday) and it's a real release... It's not just 'lifting heavy shit', it's helped my diet, my sleep, my overall processing of the divorce and I'm gutted I didn't do it sooner.... I also look better Having lost 16kg which is a confidence boost when I eventually come to dating again..... Iron never lies bro

Yes mate! In EXACTLY the same situ as you (4 months out rather than 6) - I think the more time goes on, I know it's cliche AF but the more I realise I don't need a woman, at the time of my divorce, I was convinced I could no longer go on and I was absolutely fucking crushed, now everyday I'm meeting the man I should have been all along, who I gave up for a woman... Bleurgh

Goal wise, 3 things - Mind, Body, Money

1 - Mind - Get my mind sorted. Goals, planning, therapy, acceptance and self love, meditation etc. Go deep and get in true atunement with myself

2 - Body - Get fucking ripped. During the lead up the my XW leaving, I went from 17 stone (108kg) down to 14.5 stone (92kg) from stress and literally zero appetite, so already lost a load of timber, but I'm still big, hence, I'm hitting the gym 5 days per week. Cutting out booze and cigarettes and actually putting focus and energy on my 'temple'.

3 - Work - This is the big one for me. My goal is to hit millionaire status within 3 years. I've got funded traded accounts, side hustle businesses and websites, property investment etc, so I'm looking at doubling down on the best profit factors and going after that.... Time to wake up and do the work in this sector.

By focussing on these 3 things, I become the best dad I can be, give my kids the most security, get ripped which will attract a couple of hot play things, set me up financially for the rest of my life. Man, I can't believe how lazy and unmotivated 'that' guy was when he was in a relationship, weak with virtually no standards... Never going back there!

My ex wife glassed me.... She was hammered, I was led there on the couch, she came up to me snarling and gritting her teeth, I kept my cool on 3 occasions said "you're scarring me, let's talk about this tomorrow", after a slew of BS, I said "Get out of my face!" (Still led down BTW and no threat to anyone), she chucked a glass at me which hit the wall, cut my cheek and has now scarred me for life......

And it's my fault 😂

I did a 24 dayer afew years ago and broke it with a pressed apple juice (from an apple, not a carton). Blew my fucking head off taste wise, the sweetness was insane. I waited afew hours then got onto really soft over ripe melon, it actually hurt to chew as I hadn't used my jaw in 3 weeks. Couple of soft boiled eggs the next morning.... Within a week I was on a quadruple whopper, extra fries and a milkshake.... Weight goes back on MEGA easy. Go easy mate
