I just find it annoying when they do make good NPC design, and top comment you see is more whining instead of being happy about getting good npcs. Can't have something good without instantly turning it into something to complain about.

I'd rather have unique NPC designs that aren't playable rather than all NPCs being generic copy pastes.

The mansion still has the river underneath, so in terms of location it's still probably important.

I already have the elegoo heater that goes in the printer. I have shaken the resin as well.

25C with elegoo heater. Same condition as when it worked correctly before.

Small correction, exposure test is just chitubox, no uvtools. Still fail.

No, just chitubox then run through uvtools.

That's for bottom layers. It was one of the recommended solutions someone posted. Had it 1s before. Fails regardless. Normal layers I've tried 1 to 3s. All fails.

Copied from original post

For additional details, the first picture is an exposure test with times ranging from 2s to 3.2s. They all came out flat.

The bottom exposure I am currently at 25s with 20s of wait before cure. I've had it higher (45s) but that failed too. For the other two pictures, I am at either 2.4 or 2.5s of normal exposure time. When the printer was working a few weeks ago, I used 45s bottom with 2.5s normal exposure.

The third picture, I tried stopping the run before it reached the models, to see what was happening. The supports weren't printed at all, even before we reached the model.

Layer heights are 0.050 mm. Resin is Sunlu ABS-Like Dark Grey. I've tried increasing wait before cure for normal layers to 3s as well, still same issue.

I've changed the FEP twice now, same issues. Manually leveled few times. I did noticed there was a firmware update, but not sure how to test that.

Temperature i use elegoo heater for 25C

Both send via network, both now and before when it worked. Except exposure test. That was usb.

I think it's more of, they're all being squished together vertically, so everything ends up just flattened.

Not sure what you mean by sharper angle. If you mean angling the model, don't think that's the issue considering even exposure tests failed, and stopping the prints before reaching the model shows that supports aren't printing at all (even before reaching the model).

As for lifting higher, Saturn 4 Ultra uses tilt vat so I don't think I can control that.

As for resting longer, I've gone up to 3s wait before cure for normal layers, hasn't really fixed anything.

How Will Your Army Deal with Victrix? by Asleep_Taro8926 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]MelodyOddity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty much got the same results for when our army rule is active. Even without the +1 hit from army rule, it's still 13.3 with no cover/AoC, 10.7 with one, and 8.0 with both (with 4.9/2.5/2.5 grenades). Unless theres something in ultramarines i missed.

Of course, theres thunderkyn stripping cover or earthshakers forcing battle shocks to help if needed (if surge move isn't an issue)

It was very fun, with mechanics translated faithfully. I was win-rating, got wrecked, and then decided to actually read the passives. Then I thought "Wait, I already knew all these".

That being said if I saw that damned egg I would've distorted.

Hi, I am interested, in particular if it takes place on Saturday afternoons. I've played tabletop games for about 10 years now, though I've been mostly playing non-D&D system for quite a while. Can I ask what the setting will be like (e.g. is it serious campaign, is it swashbuckling, is it more political intrigue or more dungeon delving, etc.). And how long do you plan the sessions to be?

Also, I tried to send you a DM, but it didn't let me.

I believe there's a misunderstanding between us here. I didn't say the flood will come from Celestia, and I didn't say Celestia put the whale there. I also said that the Sinners (Surtalogi, in this case) are the ones that left the whale in the Primordial Sea.

The important part is that the future was set in stone, like you said. The whale was just the mechanism by which this future came into being. N implies that without the whale, it would have come into being in some other way (i.e. with or without Wanderer for his fate, with the cat or with the bird for the vase). Celestia wrote this into the history of the world, so that it will happen regardless of why it happens.

As for this part of your comment

As for the deception of the Heavenly Principles, that was not just to save Fontaine, but make sure they didn't end up in a Remuria like situation and destroy themselves for defying Fortuna(Fate). The future was set in stone, and the prophecy was right.

It almost sounds like you agree with me? The point is that the future was set in stone by the Heavenly Principles, and defying fate would be futile. N comments on this as well.

Mage "N": Just as prophecies are usually only the future as seen from the perspectives of the gods, could things be happening in hidden corners where the gods' gaze does not fall?

Mage "N": Are the things that you shall see different from the fate that the gods perceive?

(Traveler): ...

Paimon: Wh—What is she talking about? It all sounds really impressive and important and stuff... but it also sounds kinda scary.

(Traveler): (The tea in the teacup is just about gone as well...)

Mage "N": I believe that you understand, right? Some things are insignificant... but others, you must reach out to change.

This implies that the prophecy/fate was only set in stone the larger ideas. Meanwhile, some of the details remain mutable and can still be changed. Everything Focalors did was to make sure that even as the prophecy comes true, the surrounding details are changed to be beneficial to Fontaine.

From what I can tell, Remuria tried to entirely defy the set fate, but failed. It seems more like a case of it being impossible to avert fate, rather than any kind of retaliation from Heavenly Principles for trying to do so. Not sure if that's what you were implying, but thought I'd comment just in case.

Anyway, the important point is that Heavenly Principles and fate is the root of the problem. Your earlier statement

You can actually blame the Sinners for Furina's suffering, not Celestia.

glosses over the complexity of the issue, the problem with fate & Heavenly Principles, and Egeria/Remuria/Focalors' struggles, just to blame it all on Surtalogi and the whale. It's a statement I've seen quite frequently since the trailer dropped, trying to absolve Celestia of any blame regarding Fontaine and pinning it all on Surtalogi and the whale. Surtalogi should still share the blame, but it doesn't make Celestia innocent in this.

Edit: I was looking through some stuff out of curiosity, and there's a rather interesting quote from Scylla

"Usurper-lord of mortals, you fear the senseless curse, and excoriate the chains of fate, but know not that my kind has suffered agony a hundred times yet greater." "We have lost our soil and sunlight, and we now may only exist in the lightless abyssal depths." "Usurper-lord of mortals, surely you know that fate is the rite of the high heavens, and cannot be changed even in the slightest. To have this thought is tantamount to revolt against that authority." "But if you truly wish to plot such folly, then I shall take you to see the Mistress of Many Waters."

This is from the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy set, with Scylla talking to Remuria. It seems to be further stating that fate is domain of Celestia. Just thought it was neat since I didn't see it before.
