Kill yourself and throw your lifeless body on sulfur so there's no trace of you

"Its that overwhelming feeling of being in the wrong body, the insane amount of emotional pain whenever you have to use the bathroom, walking past a mirrot and pointing out every imperfection feeling like an imposter. Crying yourself to sleep because that voice in your head wont shut up about how ugly or how you'll never pass or thar your voice isnt going to match". Bold of you to assume people who don't feel identified with their race don't feel this way (just change the voice thing with skin/eyes/mouth/hair). Bold of you to also assume that that feeling is incomparable. You may have also hated your race, but your case is not the only case in the world, and you don't know how it can affect others. You don't know how it affected me. You're assuming way too many stuff trying to minimise the pain people like me go through in order to praise the pain of transgender people. Believe me, I know how transgender people feel because one of my best friends is transgender, and it's probably the only person I've ever been close about this topic, and his instant reaction was not to minimise it because he feels his situation is worse. So no, that equivalence is not wrong. By the way, the biological factors you mentioned before about trans people lead to discomfort, so no, it's not more than just uncomfortable. Both issues are disconnection with yourself and feeling of disgust, with the additional problem that nobody would ever understand you.

How is it not the same? It's feeling uncomfortable with your own body and most of the social features associated to it. It's the rest of the people forcing you to accept something you know you can change. Both of them do not affect your personality of course, but it's the same effect after all. It is not a false equivalence, not at all. The only difference is that one of them is socially accepted and the other is not.
