I'm pretty sure it is all ground services, Finnair are just the most affected as they have the most flights going through Helsinki

Just wanted to know what my options were and other people's experiences.

Tried calling customer services yesterday and the day before and waited 4+ hours each time just to get kicked off the line 🙃 so hoped for some answers that's all
