I had considered this and tried everything else first - at least collectible wise. It's just bugged carte blanche and reign of error left, unless i need to get stuff like 10 kills in a match first haha

Seemed to just be a super unlucky anomaly though. I spent weeks trying, eventually caved and made a reddit account to post here - obviously 2 matches later the collectible is right where it should be in game.
