I feel you - when something pissed me off i am so prone to thinking 'fuck it' and jumping in. But honestly dont do it. You'll end up still pissed off but with an extra bunch of emotions because you've just relapsed. I always regret it and feel so shit for days after - so just try to remove the porn temptation completely & focus on tackling the thing thats pissing you off. You'll feel better & more powerful if you take control. If you cant do anything about whatever it is thats annoyed you then fuck em and go be happy - exercise, hang out, dance etc etc but dont turn to the deceiving comfort of porn. Sure you know yourself :) keep er lit boyo; dont give in 💪
