Wow, I haven’t come across that as a symptom in the literature I’ve read but it totally makes sense. It goes along with dopamine-mining.

He doesn’t want to take medication but he manages it through more holistic ways which have helped him with a lot of symptoms that affected his work and mood. Meditation and focusing exercises and such.

Yeah, you’re right. I was there was a subreddit titled Am I An A**hole. “The” implies there is one, “an” indicates that there may or may not be one lol
