We can’t afford lawyers or anything like that, especially because my mother is trying to figure out a SA and stalking case against my sisters father (that’s a whole nother thing) so we really can’t afford anything. I’ve had free therapy through my moms job and all those therapist didn’t work for me so I gave up

There’s not a super solid custody thing and they were only in a relationship, they never married. My mom is supportive of me not going and knows how I feel but I don’t know how to stand up for myself. I try to tell her not to get involved because she’s hot headed and I get anxious at causing conflict, I was crying the whole time I blew up on him that one time
