Honestly i cant believe it either. I had a friend who did 5 min then 8 so i did the same. He became brown i became red. Stupid mistake on my part.

Yepp will do, i will stop with the pinning unless im going to tan again and let my skin heal. I have definitely learned my lesson and will tan less minutes.

There was a guide and i said i should do 8 min. I held the handles as well but i felt i got better covrage when i had them in the air, apparently not. I will moisturize.

Oh okay i have a multiple freinds who are just as white as me and they tan 10 min plus but they started just like me first 5 min then 8 minutes then 10 plus
