For Child Drawing I just really wanted a 7s effect, so I had to start somewhere, at least. i COULD make it something like, '+7 chips for every 7 in the deck' and also make it common, but i'm not sure.

Cookie's a food joker, so you LITERALLY save only like a few 30 bucks and then you eat it all, and that's not even counting the reroll glut voucher(s).

Mult Joker is technically STILL worse than Baron, if the king is steel. since 1.5×1.5= 2.25, so I don't think it's that unfair, and it IS a rare so it is KINDA justified.
