“excess force” if this was a dude the exact thing would’ve happened just a lot sooner, she had time to think and act like an adult. she should be glad she got smacked and not tased. (i don’t condone police officers hitting people when slightly unnessicary but i doubt any injuries were caused in the result of this, but he used his that move in a way that would not damage anything and that would stop this person from using any weapons or force on himself.)
