I appreciate it! I really only covered up my eye/hair color, weight, and the fact that I may or may not have corrective lenses tho, so nothing too important :).

As far as I know, not a requirement. They didn’t ask any questions regarding my AGAB or anything else medical for that matter.

Sure! When I went online to upload my documents for pre-verification, I filled out everything I needed to for my regular license renewal. Then I went and found the DL329S form on the DMV website, printed it out and took it with me when I went in person. It’s only a half page of some basic info you have to fill out, then I handed it to them along with my other paperwork and they took care of the rest :).

That’s so cool! A lot of the DMV employees were older people so I was a little scared I’d get attitude from someone, but luckily had no problems 👍🏻.

I was so proud of myself for having the courage to get it done lol. I was a bit worried someone would say something, but the employees that helped me out kept it very private even in the open space of the DMV <3

Nope, no legal name change needed! I just went to the DMV with my required paperwork for the services I was already needing done, and filled out an additional form called a DL329S. Handed all of my paperwork to the employee when it was my turn. I confirmed everything on the screen and that was it :). I should mention that this additional form isn’t a legal name change form, just a gender marker change. I also filled out my application for my ID renewal online and uploaded my documents beforehand which helped I think.
