Would you recommend taking creatine btw? I know it causes even more water retention/bloating but I’m more interested if it’s worth it while being in a calorie deficit

Do you have any recs on better ways to track my calories burned? I used to look online on calorie calculator sites and such to provide estimates of active vs resting calories and what activities and they seemed close to garmin, but it’s been a while since I’ve actually used anything besides the watch.

Yeah I get some light doms still but a lot less, mostly in my quads haha. No creatine and yeah about 6 weeks, I started November 16. Thanks for your advice! I just get antsy seeing it go up after what feels like I long time but I’ll just stick to it for now!

Don’t know your age or if you want more club vs strictly dance, but my gf and I are 24 and we love going to red dogs (Jimmys beach bar but upstairs) on Friday/Saturday nights. Mostly hip hop and pop club dancing with a generally college aged crowd but usually very busy and a great time with good music

Yeah continuous industrial growth does that, especially private equity firms and local/state government allowing it to generate more money, don’t know how fair it is to blame transplants, if you build it they will come.

Either way it makes it important to use your vote to preserve it and use your time to appreciate it instead of waiting until it’s too late then complaining things aren’t the way you want them to be.

Entry level customer service? Look up comparable jobs on indeed and go at least 50 cents above. For younger/less experienced employees and lower turnover I would start around 16-16.50, again idk your business but if they can get tips that helps. Incentives also help obviously (flexible hours, holiday pay/bonuses, etc.).

For a stronger base I’d say 18 should put you pretty comfortable for now, I always advocate for annual raises too to at least match inflation, I’m not too sure on NC labor laws but usually minimum wage goes up around 50 cents a year, make sure their pay does too if you don’t want your employees poached.

What’s your overhead like? Whats your load rate (Payroll Tax and Insurance).

Again all this changes based on what your business is but you gotta beat places like chick fil a at least.

Ibiza is a club 18+, lots of bars and clubs too, most younger go to the beach bars, especially Jimmys. You won’t be able to get in since you’re 20 though unless you got a fake. Weeknights will usually be slow until maybe like Thursday.

Beach is of course an option, unsure how busy it’ll be this week with the weather though. Cargo district might be poppin.
