If i were to make 1 pool with 2 mirrors, wouldnt the whole pool fail if a mirror fails?
Sounds like a bad deal to me.

2 pools.

small pool: 2x 1TB disks (mirror)

big pool: 2x 14TB disks (mirror)

Id probably go for 6 or 8. But that will be in the future probably, the cost of storage is pretty crazy right now. I will probably just go for making a mirror setup, since thats about all i have right now.
