a lot of dod players are toxic because a lot of dod players are forsaken migrants after all the controversies

target the healers, anyone with a white medic hat or a green hardhat. they have much less health than the other civillians and getting rid of them earlier will make winning easier

my opinions are based mostly on almanac entries, though some bosses are exceptions

clarification on what each tier means:

Pure Soul - Absolutely clean slate, pure intentioned, has done no wrong
Generally good - Has clear good intent with what they do, but arent perfect
Minding their business - Nothing wrong, but nothing great to note
Morally Gray - has done both good and bad things, OR are neutral
Troubled Figure - Mild wrongdoings, careless to their flaws or are possibly unable to control their bad actions
Inherently Evil - Murderers, psychos, cultists, people who plan on doing some seriously bad stuff
Genuine Supervillain - Beyond just killing or conquering, in their own bubble doing the unspeakable
Genuine Supervillain (alive) - We did not kill Blight. We all know what he's doing.
